Realtor.com My Home is a resource that helps you better understand your home’s value by providing price estimates from three independent sources, local market trends, equity details on your home, sales information about homes that have sold nearby, and now – preliminary real-time cash offers from Opendoor in the 44 markets where they operate.

By simply searching for your address on Realtor.com® or logging in to the My Home dashboard, you can see if an initial cash offer is available on your home. Opendoor aims to help you sell seamlessly and on your timeline – often in a matter of days – without the obligation of making repairs or showing your home.

View all your selling options in one place
When you click on a preliminary cash offer on Realtor.com®, it takes you to our Seller’s Marketplace, where you can learn about your selling options. These options might include accepting the initial cash offer you saw, or working with other companies to get a down payment for your new home before selling your old one, sell your home now and rent it back, sell your home even if it needs a lot of work, or list your home on the open market with an agent. It also lets you see all of your options side-by-side so you can make the best choice for you and your family.

There is more than one way to sell a home – and while you might make more listing with an agent, there are other options that might allow you to stay in your home longer, get cash upfront to help with the purchase of your new home, or remove a lot of the work – including dealing with renovations, repairs, staging and showings. Some of our providers can help you perfectly time the sale of your old home as you purchase a new one.
